• XGA 1024×768 4/256 colors
• SVGA 800×600 4/256 colors
• VGA 640×480 4/256 colors

Changes:

• pasm PutChar/PutBytes/PutStr routines added
• fixed a bug in hline
• massive speed improvement to FilledCircle
