Banana Pi WiFi Tests – 8 adapters tested

After updating my Raspberry Pi WiFi Tests to eight adapters, with and without a powered hub, I decided to test a Banana Pi with the same eight adapters – once again with and without a powered hub.

The three adapters above were tested in addition to the five tested in my Banana Pi Review, and I then tested all eight adapters with a powered hub as well.

BPi-R1 Open-Source router

I was browsing www.banana-pi.com and ran across a new product page – so fresh, that they did not even have a price listed!

  • small gigabit switch (BCM53125)
  • 802.11b/g/n WiFi

Note the RTL8192CU WiFi module (now we know where the second USB port went) and the two antenna connectors.
